Makeup

A non-refundable, transferable deposit of $15.00 is required to book an appointment. No appointment is scheduled until the $15.00 deposit is received. 

Please complete the inquiry form. If the date and time requested is available, an invoice will be delivered to the contact information provided. If the date and time requested is not available, a request to reschedule will be made. The remaining balance is due before or the day of the appointment. Please read below for service details. 

Natural - $70 - A step up from "Bare". Includes a simple eyeshadow and lash application. No extra embellishments included.

Glam - $85 - Full glam. Includes a heavier makeup, lashes and detailed eyeshadow application. No extra embellishments included.

One on One - Additional $50 to the service listed above - Full lesson with list of kit essentials.

Notes:

• Visible signs of injury, open wounds, or symptoms of illness qualify for a cancelation. Please heal before being serviced. 

• Please be considerate of the schedule. Your appointment time allows for a 15 minute grace period. Anything later qualifies for cancelation/rescheduling.

• Your deposit is non-refundable. However, It is transferable. If in the event you need to reschedule, please contact me via email at contact@twelv8.com.

• Grooming (hair removal/shaping) is available for an extra fee. Otherwise, please remove unwanted facial hair prior to your appointment.
